Safari Animal Project
The Safari animals project was themed around different Literacy stories. The Safari animals arrived at Rowan Park School and students from all the Horizons Schools Network came together to meet the animals and take part in exciting art activities. Once decorated by the different schools they would then come back to Rowan Adventure Playground for everyone to enjoy who comes to visit.
The Safari animals then went for a trip on the mini-bus to the different schools that would be staying with. Rowan Park got to keep the Lion and design what decorations would go on his coat. The Gorilla went to Netherton Moss Primary School, the Giraffe went Litherland Moss and the Elephant went to Cambridge Nursery.
